MES2428 циклическая перезагрузка

Здравствуйте!
Столкнулся с проблемой: в лабораторных условиях все нормально, и ничего плохого не происходит. Но если подключить свич с пустым конфигом в реально действующую сеть, то он начинает циклически перезагружаться.
Возможно проблема в dhcp клиенте, т.к. при его отключении в конфиге подобное поведение не наблюдается.
