Hi all

i have one TAU16 - IP can not active when power on. It alway have two led Red on are Status and Alams. it don't have anysignal on Consol port, the GE0-GE1 have link , but can not search any IP and it only led on. i have try to change orther SM-PV card, but nothing to change, it still not boot. Any can help me and sho me how to solve my problem.

Hi,

Make sure the exact COM port is bad. For example, check the options:
data rate: 115200, data format: 8bit w/o parity, 1 stop bit, w/o flow control.
And also check that the terminal works exactly on other similar equipment.

Unfortunately, without a COM port, this problem cannot be solved.
