Мы отключили функции регистрации и создания новых тем, а также возможность оставлять сообщения. Цикличная перезагрузка SMG1016M

Добрый день.
Один из клиентов(sip-trunk) пожаловался на отсутствие слышимости, стали проверять, в шлюз вёл себя как-то странно, интерфейс долго отзывался, в общем решили перезагрузить.
С тех пор шлюз постоянно перезагружается, доходит до некоторого места и ребутится. Пробовали перезалить прошивку, как указано здесь, например - http://kcs.eltex.nsk.ru/articles/147. Не помогло. Пробовали запустится в синг-мод, добавляя init=/bin/sh в конец параметров загрузки, попадали в шел, но через 15 секунд шлюз уходил в ребут. думали может перегрелся, выключили, дали остыть, но это не помогло.
Ниже приведено то что видим на консоли(пара циклов ), так повторяется бесконечно.

Скажите, есть ли надежда реанимировать шлюз удалённо, находится он в другом городе, или тут без вариантов надо его везти в сервис?

На железке установлены лицензии АТС+СОРМ
Теперь железку нужно отправлять в ремонт.
Я покупаю новый такой же smg
как мне перенести лицензии на новую железку ?
