MES 2324P_проблемы с маршрутизацией

Добрый день!
Помогите разобраться в элементарной ситуации. Есть MES 2324P, порты которого приписаны к разным VLAN.
Каждый из VLAN живет в своей ip-сети, между сетями ip-v4 маршрутизация.
Проблема - не вижу связи по ip между хостами из разных VLAN до тех пор, пока эти хосты вручную не пропинговать
с консоли MES2324. После этого связь между хостами появляется, но после очистки arp-таблицы в MES2324 (clear arp table) связь снова пропадает.
Со связью между хостами, принадлежащими одному VLAN, все ОК. Т.е. проблема только со связью между хостами, принадлежащих разным VLAN.
На каждом из хостов прописан только статический ip-адрес и дефолтный маршрут на ip-адрес соответствующего VLAN в MES2324P.
