Есть PON дерево из LTE-2X и некоторого количества NTE-2

у одной из ONT наблюдаются стабильные потери пакетов:

заменили клиенту сам терминал, но проблему это не решило, все равно по трассировке уже от ONT до OLT есть потери. со стороны терминала уровень сигнала ~ -23dBm

Трассировку покажите и show port на ONT.
С абонентской стороны оборудование какое?

Клиент (IP 10.5.0.9) - OLT (IP 10.5.0.2) - Gateway (IP 10.5.0.1)
Головную станцию запихнули временно в аб. сеть. Уже между ними есть потери пакетов, т.е. между 10.5.0.9 и 10.5.0.2.

Шейпер на LTE используете? Пинг какими пакетами идет? Софт какой на ноутбуке-компе? Выведите клиента в отдельный влан, сделайте L2 канал и попробуйте iperf'ом пофлудить. У разработчиков нужно поинтересоваться, может полисер какой есть на LTE, который CPU от ICMP флуда защищает.
А вообще, без пингов и трейсов - гадание на кофейной гуще.
Вот пинг с сервера на LTE, на сервере полисер режет ICMP

Софт на LTE и ont обновите. Из той версии для LTE-2X, что на сайте, ont обновляются до версии 2.60
