LTP-4X ошибка при добалении ONT на новое дерево

Здравствуйте, вставили новый модуль gpon 2
при добавлении новой приставки валятся ошибки
Если цеплять на любое другое дерево, с рабочими приставками то все ок.
Может модуль как то надо активировать?
