Проблемы с Tau-i8

Добрый день,

Требуется помощь специалистов.
Вчера перестала работать одна линия на входящие звонки.
Сегодня все линии перестали работать на входящие.

Затем все поля FXC сбросились и информация в них не сохраняется http://joxi.ru/5mdYOpNCkVExZ2

Сброс до заводских настроек не работает.

Шлюз умер? :?

Здравствуйте.

1) Если веб не дает ничего сделать, то это может быть забитый кэш.
Попробуйте его почистить или зайти на tau8 с другого ПК/браузера.
2) Попробуйте отключить все порты в конфигурации, снять флаг включен, а
затем обновить прошивку до последней:

3) После обновления нужно включать порты по одному и смотреть в СОМ-порту будет ли проходить
инициализация SLIC-ов (по Вашему логу она не проходит). Если после включения какого-либо порта
строчки опять начнут циклически появляться, то выключите этот порт. И так далее по одному порту нужно локализовать
неисправность. Если строчки будут сыпаться при включении любого порта, то шлюз нужно отправлять в ремонт.

Попробуем так сделать, но кеш чистим постоянно.
