TopGate - TopGate - RAI и блокировка каналов ОКС7

TopGate - TopGate - RAI и блокировка каналов ОКС7

Здравствуйте.
Поставили два TopGate для проброса E1/ОКС7 между двумя точками.
Точка А - TopGate 4E1-2F, поток с него идёт на SMG-1016 и далее "разруливается".
Точка Б - TopGate SFP, поток с него идёт на вышестоящего провайдера ТФОП.
Канал идёт по оптике с запасом по пропускной способности и в нём дополнительно действует QoS на всякий случай.
Наблюдается следуюшая картина - несколько часов всё работает чисто, потом начинают идти RAI, и через некоторое время всё заканчивается блокировкой каналов по ОКС7. Помогает перезагрузка SFP.
Со стороны 4E1-2F связь через порт Eth2, остальные Eth-порты не подключены. Счётчики discarded при этом почему-то бегут на всех портах.
Что не так с настройками и почему всё сваливается через некоторое время ?

Поменял инкапсуляцию на Ethernet. Изменил режим на SA. JB на 3мс, а slip установил 1500/4500мс. Синхронизацию обоих TopGate сменил на E1.
Стало получше, в блокировку каналы не уходят, но время от времени синхронизация опять слетает. Ответьте пожалуйста, просто вопрос стоит что бы поставить штук 5 таких устройств.

Не могли бы вы выслать более подробную схему построения сети на anna.zhadovets@eltex.nsk.ru

Какой порт на 4Е1-2F смотрит на TopGate-sfp?

На обоих устройствах рекомендуется выставлять режим восстановления частоты:
4е1-2f: esetup №потока -x -1
sfp: Е1/port/config -> SyncSource=-1;

Включите также на sfp перезапрос потерянных фреймов: TDMoP/port/config -> LostRequest=Enabled

Добрый день, схему выслал.

На TopGate 4E1 используется порт E1 - 0.
Перевёл синхронизацию с обоих сторон на restore.
Включил восстановление потерянных кадров.

Поменял параметры с обоих сторон:
Восстановление потеряных пакетов включено
Все упоминания об RSTP убраны
JB установлен в 6мс.
Установлен режим восстановления частоты с обоих сторон.

Стало намного печальнее. С обоих сторон на оборудовании E1 бегут RAI с интервалом чуть ли не каждые 3 сек. На стороне 4E1-2F счётчики discarded всё так же бегут на неактивных интерфейсах
