Здравствуйте, проблема в следующем, после перезагрузки из-за откл-я питания, lte-2x отключился, прдключился к нему консолью, сбросил все настройки, но он недоступен по дефолтному ипу, и при выполнении команд выдает следующие ошибки
LTE-8X# switch
telnet: can't connect to remote host (127.0.0.1): Connection refused
LTE-8X# save
ERROR: Can't save configuration
В общем есть подозрение, что проблема из-за неверной прошивки, которая применилась из-за перезагрузки, т.к.

Здравствуйте! для LTE-8X это верная версия ПО. Можете сказать, какая версия ПО у Вас стояла до этого?
Не дает перейти только на switch или OLT чипы тоже не отвечают? Лог можете вывести, log show ?
Есть ли возможность подключиться к LTE консольным кабелем, перезагрузить её и снять лог загрузки?
